Common questions

I forgot my password

Use the password reset option on the sign-in screen. Check your spam folder if the reset email does not arrive.

I cannot sign in

Confirm that you are using the same sign-in method you used when creating the account. If the issue continues, email support with the error message and your device type.

I found incorrect restaurant information

Send us the restaurant name, location and the information that needs correction. A reliable source or recent photo is helpful.

I want to report inappropriate content

Use the in-app report option when available or email support with the restaurant, review or profile involved and a short explanation.

My review or photo disappeared

Content may be unavailable because of moderation, a technical issue or a deleted place record. Email support and include as much detail as you can.

I want to delete my account

Open Profile → Settings → Delete Account → Confirm, or follow the instructions on the Delete Account page.
