Pho Hunter Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

You may use Pho Hunter only if you can enter into a binding agreement and comply with these Terms and applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of the service

Pho Hunter helps users discover phở restaurants, view maps and community information, rate bowls, publish reviews and photos, save places, build a personal Pho Book and participate in progress features such as XP, levels, achievements and challenges. Features may change over time.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the higher minimum age required in your country. If you are under the age of legal majority, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian where required.

4. Accounts

Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not create accounts through deception, impersonate another person or evade an account restriction.

5. User-generated content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Ray Studio a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, adapt for technical formatting and distribute that content only as needed to operate, improve and promote Pho Hunter. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit the content and that it complies with these Terms.

6. Genuine reviews

Reviews must reflect genuine restaurant experiences. Do not post fake reviews, accept undisclosed compensation for a review, coordinate rating manipulation or review a place solely to harm or artificially promote it. Clearly disclose a material relationship with a restaurant when relevant.

7. Community Guidelines

Help keep Pho Hunter useful, safe and welcoming.

• Share genuine restaurant experiences.
• Upload only photos and content you have the right to use.
• Provide reasonably accurate restaurant information.
• Communicate respectfully and consider other people’s privacy.

8. Prohibited content and conduct

• Illegal content or activity; sexual or pornographic content; hate speech; threats; harassment; or content that encourages harm.
• Scams, spam, malicious links, malware or attempts to compromise the service or another person’s account.
• Private information about another person without permission.
• Content you do not have the right to use, including copyright or trademark infringement.
• Deliberately false restaurant information, fake reviews, review or rating manipulation, and undisclosed coordinated promotion.
• Impersonation, deceptive accounts, automated abuse or attempts to bypass moderation and restrictions.

9. Moderation

Pho Hunter may review reports and may hide or remove content, limit its distribution, restrict features, suspend accounts or terminate accounts when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or action is needed for safety, integrity, legal compliance or service protection. We may make mistakes; contact support if you believe a decision requires review.

10. Restaurant information

Restaurant names, addresses, coordinates, prices, menus, opening hours and other details may be submitted by users or third parties. They may be incomplete, inaccurate or out of date. Verify important details directly with the restaurant before visiting or purchasing.

11. Food and health disclaimer

Pho Hunter does not prepare or sell food and does not guarantee food quality, food safety, ingredients, allergens, dietary suitability, hygiene, restaurant availability, opening hours or pricing accuracy. Ask the restaurant about allergens and dietary needs and use your own judgment. Seek qualified medical advice for health concerns.

12. Maps and directions

Maps, distance estimates, locations and directions may be inaccurate or unavailable. Observe local rules and real-world conditions and do not rely on the app where doing so could be unsafe. Third-party map and navigation services may apply their own terms.

13. Intellectual property

Pho Hunter’s software, design, branding, logo, text created by us and other service materials are owned by Ray Studio or its licensors and protected by law. These Terms give you a limited, personal, non-transferable and revocable right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership. Do not copy, reverse engineer or misuse protected materials except where law expressly permits.

14. Service availability

We may modify, pause or discontinue any part of Pho Hunter, including progress features, without guaranteeing continuous availability. Maintenance, technical failures, third-party services or events outside our control may interrupt access. We do not promise that content or progress will always be preserved.

15. Account termination

You may stop using Pho Hunter or delete your account at any time. We may restrict, suspend or terminate access for violations, risk, legal requirements or discontinuation of the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers and liability limits, will continue to apply.

16. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pho Hunter is provided “as is” and “as available”. Ray Studio disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

17. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ray Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, reputation, profits or opportunities arising from the service. Any liability that cannot be excluded will be limited to the minimum extent allowed by law. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limits, so they may not apply to you.

18. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms as the service or applicable requirements change. We will publish the updated Terms here and change the last-updated date. If a change is material, we may provide additional notice. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms, where permitted by law.
