Delete your Pho Hunter account
You can permanently delete your Pho Hunter account inside the app. This action cannot be undone.

What deletion removes
When account deletion is completed, Pho Hunter deletes or anonymizes the personal data associated with your account, including:
- Profile and account association
- Avatar or profile photo
- Reviews and bowl photos
- Saved places and personal collection
- XP and level
- Achievements and challenge progress
Restaurant or place records you contributed to the shared community database may remain if they are de-identified and no longer associated with your deleted account. This may include non-personal details such as a restaurant name, address, coordinates and opening hours.

Can't access the app?
If you cannot sign in or access the app, you can request deletion by email.
Send the request to privacy@raystudio.uk, preferably from the email address associated with your Pho Hunter account.
Suggested subject: Pho Hunter Account Deletion
To protect your account, we may ask for information needed to verify that you control it. We will never ask for your password.
